30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Returned Items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding personalized items), you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a receipt and item(s) must be in original condition. Once the item(s) are received by Seattle Reign FC, your account will be credited within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. 


How to Return/Exchange Items
1) Please print a copy of your receipt or email confirmation and place in a box with the merchandise you wish to return or exchange. 

2) In a brief note, explain why you wish to return the item - please be as specific as possible. Include your name and contact information, as it will allow us to process your return as quickly as possible.

3) Ship the item(s) using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

4) Upon receipt of item, we'll handle your return/exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item. 

Need a different size? Wanting a different color? Should you wish to exchange the item for one of equal or lesser value, follow the above process. In your note, list what item you wish to exchange to in your note. When mailing, ATTN: Exchanges. 


Damaged or Defective Products
Oh no!  Contact us via email at if there is any damage to your package.  While we are not responsible for any damage caused by the postal carrier(s) or damage caused by washing/laundering, we're happy to take a look if you think the damage was caused prior to shipping.


Customized Items
All sales are final for customized products (this includes both roster and non-roster names and numbers affixed to jerseys). We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on these items with the exception of a spelling error committed by our printing staff.
